His Love Will Never Fade

Is my smile so sweet
As on the first day I met my Savior?
Is the love so deep,
As on the day that Christ, His hand
Toward me did reach?
Does my face still shine
With the passion He gave
When He my pardon signed?
There is a love--
A true love, stronger than death.
There is a love--
A true love, He freely gave.
There is a love--
A true love, whose passion will ne'er fade.
There is a love--
How can mortal man e'er describe?
Jesus, my Savior, gave His life
And was cruelly crucified.
But His love is stronger than death--
His love conquered the grave!
The coals are coals of fire,
They struck my heart,
and the flame shall ne'er retire.

  18. That is a wonderful poem. Gods fire should never flicker inside of us but burn passionately as the first time we met Him. Thank you
